Terms and Conditions for Event Discounts

  1. General Pricing
    • All prices are exclusive of GST and any applicable taxes, which will be added at the time of billing.
  2. Event-Specific Discounts
    • Grand Prize: 100% vanilla implementation for one lucky company.
    • Second Prize: 50% discount on vanilla implementation for two companies.
    • Third Prize: 28% discount on Microsoft license for three companies.
  3. Discount Validity
    • The discounts apply only to vanilla implementations. Any additional customizations or work will be charged on actuals as per the agreed rates.
  4. Implementation Mode
    • Implementation will follow a Hybrid Mode:
      • On-Site: Analysis, UAT, and Go-Live phases at the client’s location.
      • Remote: Other phases managed from JRS Dynamics’ headquarters (Noida, Sector 1).
    • The client is responsible for bearing all costs related to food, lodging, and travel for on-site consultants.
  5. Payment Policy
    • Payments are non-refundable.
    • Clients must release payments within 10 working days from the invoice date.
  6. Project Timelines
    • The target completion time for the project will be decided before project kick off.
    • If delays occur due to the unavailability of the client team, JRS Dynamics reserves the right to charge extra based on resource allocation per day.
  7. Customization Charges
    • Any additional customization or work beyond vanilla implementation will be billed at actuals.
  8. Scope of Discounts
    • Discounts are applicable only on vanilla implementation. All other services or additional work will follow standard pricing.

Project Purchase Gifts:

  1. Eligibility Criteria:
    • Only registered attendees of the D365 Power Summit – Future-Ready Solutions with Dynamics & Copilot event on December 6th, 2024 are eligible for these offers.
      Participants must complete a qualifying project purchase as outlined below to be eligible for the respective gifts.
      Only one gift per company is allowed.
  2. Offer Period:
    • The offers are available exclusively to participants who make a qualifying project purchase during or following the D365 Power Summit event.
  3. Minimum Project Purchase Requirement:
    • 20-25 Lakh INR Project Purchase: Eligible for an iPhone (specific model to be decided by JRS Dynamics).
    • 25-28 Lakh INR Project Purchase: Eligible for a MacBook (specific model to be decided by JRS Dynamics).
    • 28 Lakh INR and Above Project Purchase: Eligible for an International Trip (4 nights, 3 days) to a destination chosen by JRS Dynamics, including airfare and hotel accommodation for the winner and one guest.
  4. Conditions for Gift Redemption:
    • The project purchase must be confirmed with JRS Dynamics and invoiced after the event to qualify for the gifts.
      Only purchases directly from JRS Dynamics are eligible. Purchases made through third-party vendors or intermediaries are not included in the offer.
      The qualifying project purchase will be assessed based on the total invoiced amount, excluding taxes.
  5. Gift Delivery:
    • Electronics (iPhone, MacBook): Delivery of the selected gift will be made to the recipient’s registered address within 60 days of project purchase confirmation.
      International Trip: The winner will be contacted within 30 days of project purchase completion to arrange the travel details and finalize the trip dates. The trip must be taken within 6 months of the event date.
  6. Non-Transferability:
    • The gifts are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged, substituted, or redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.
  7. Disqualification:
    • Any participant found to be in violation of these terms, including providing false or misleading information regarding project purchases, will be disqualified from the offer.
    • JRS Dynamics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the offer if necessary due to unforeseen circumstances or any fraudulent activity.
  8. Taxes and Duties:
    • All applicable taxes, duties, and additional costs related to the gifts (including customs fees) are the responsibility of the recipient.
      The recipient must comply with all applicable tax laws regarding the receipt of these gifts.
  9. Project Purchase Terms:
    • The project must be fully completed and invoiced within 90 days from the D365 Power Summit event date for the gift to be processed.
    • The qualifying project purchase must be directly related to JRS Dynamics solutions and services.
